Our mindset truly makes up our reality. It’s a part of what it means to be healthy, to be successful, and to live your best life. Mindset comes into play in all of these areas.
As someone who has struggled with her own mindset, anxiety, self doubt, feeling depressed, lost, lonely, unworthy, to name some, I can say form personal experience that working on my mindset has transformed my life.
I am Hiking October to 1) support those who may be currently struggling with their mental health and to show that they are not alone 2) to raise money for mental health research 3) to help raise money for preserving the beautiful trails we are blessed to hike on 4) I got to hike Mt. Washington a few months ago with many of the incredible humans who are a sort of the Hike For Mental Health organization and I have already fallen in love with being a part of this group.
I would greatly appreciate for any and all donations. I am grateful for any and all, no matter how big or small. (:
Thank you in advance for your support!!
With love and gratitude,
Sarah
