Friends,
I am off the charts excited to be participating in my 6th Summit Mt Washington, an annual event hosted by Hike for Mental Health. For me, this event isn’t just a good cause, it’s personal, and since we live in a culture where 1 in 4 are impacted in some way by mental health challenges, I’m willing to bet may be personal for many of you as well.
That’s why I hike, it’s why I’m involved with this event, and it’s why I will continue to raise awareness and resources for mental health research and trail conservation.
Mark
