$200.00 donated
I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails.
In 2022 I was diagnosed with rare and crazy medical issues and have since been on a medical journey that has been stressful and a lot to deal with.
My condition won’t kill you but I’ve read that one of the things that actually effects the mortality rate of people that have my diagnosis is suicide. I’m lucky that I have amazing support system and my own great habits in place which support good mental health but not everyone is so lucky.
So I am joining my friend Jen Ariel in doing this hike for mental health.
