I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails.
I’ve decided to head BACK to the Cranberry Lake 50 trail, seeking redemption for my failed attempt of this route a year ago. I know my mistake from my 2022 attempt and I’ve got a plan to overcome it.
I beat myself up over this failure pretty bad last year, and it seems very fitting to tackle this as a Mental Health awareness project. We can do hard things! 💪 We got this!
