  1. I love this. It’s great that you guys do this every year. It’s so important to reduce suffering, decrease stigma, and increase awareness. As a fellow human with a mental illness, hiking has been vital to maintaining and occasionally improving my mental health. To all those who are suffering: It is okay not to be okay.
