I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails.
Meet Diana: Bear Mountain has a special place in my heart because it was the first mountain I climbed and event with HFMH! I was super nervous since I wasn’t as active into hiking as I am now. I was impressed with what my mind and body can do. It felt amazing when I got to the summit. Everyone I met that day was super friendly and supportive. I’m so grateful to this experience and can’t wait to climb it again!
Meet Tina: I was introduced to this amazing organization by Diana. My first hike and event was climbing Mt. Washington this year. I made it to the summit and what an amazing experience it was. Taking care of the trails that are such a big part of my life is important to me as well as the mental wellness brought on by being outdoors. Please help Diana and I give back 🙂
