One question about the Mt. Washington hike
NAME_OF_HIKER,
Despite the weather challenges of the day, our 12th annual Summit Mt. Washington was an amazing experience! More than 60 hikers checked in Saturday for the ascent. It’s wonderful to see all the hike photos with smiles and looks of accomplishment. (If you weren’t able to make it this year, we hope to see you next year.)
For those who were able to join, we have 3 quick messages:
- Thank you! Thank you for making this year’s hike a wonderful experience. Thank you for encouraging each other and keeping each other safe. Thank you for your spirit of acceptance and for embracing the challenge! HIKE for Mental Health is nothing without you.
- We would like your feedback. No fancy surveys. Reply to this email with 1 thing you liked about the day and 1 suggestion to make it better. We promise to read and reply to every response. Help us make next year’s hike even better!
- If you loved the event, would you like to be part of crew for next year? We are looking for 8-10 hikers from this year to help us carry on the tradition and create a great experience for next year’s hikers – with pre-hike check-in, on-trail encouragement, or post-hike clean-up. No firm commitment needed; we just want to know who might be interested. Reply to this email, and we will reach out to discuss. Thank you.
That’s it. Please take 45 seconds now to email us your feedback now while it’s still fresh. And let us know if you want to learn about being part of next year’s crew. Thank you for making the 11th annual Summit Mount Washington so amazing.
Take care,
