HIKE for Mental Health

Introducing “Paint the Cog Orange”, a new way for individuals, families, and friends to participate in Hike for Mental Health’s annual Summit Mt Washington event! Through “Paint the Cog Orange,” participants have the chance to experience the majesty of the highest peak in the northeast by riding the Mt Washington Cog Railway to the summit. You will have the opportunity to explore the summit, take in breathtaking views, grab a snack or visit the gift shop, and meet other Hike for Mental Health supporters.

Our reservation and departure time is at 12pm. Please arrive at least 1 hour prior to departure. The trip to the summit takes approximately 45 minutes. You will have 1 hour or so to explore. Then you will descend back down to the base station. Summit Mt Washington will have volunteers on hand to help with any questions you may have.

If you reserve your tickets here, you pay only $74 per ticket with no service fee. Regular price through the Cog website is $86 plus a $5 service fee. Plus, you will receive a free HIKE for Mental Health orange bandana and be able to get 25% off HFMH shirts.
