May is Mental Health Month and we need the hope Spring brings more than ever. We are all feeling the weight of stress, loss, fear, and ongoing uncertainty amidst a global pandemic and devastating war violence that affects us all in many ways. Getting through these days is especially difficult for those of us who also struggle with mental illness or those of us who watch loved ones struggle. It is only through connecting with others that we can gain strength and find hope. Sometimes we need only to breathe in, breathe out, take one step, and repeat. Let’s do it together in the beauty of a blooming and beautiful park. Please help us support this critical cause by making a donation, leaving us a message, or sharing this page. Or all of the above. Thank you!
