For many of you, you already know that psychology and hiking are my passions. Along with my passion to learn psychology, I also want to help take the stigma out of talking about mental health and healthy, resilience-informed practices. So this is why I have chosen to join with HIKE for Mental Health to help erase the stigma of mental illness while also conserving wilderness trails.
For every $1 donated, HIKE for Mental Health donates 80 cents to mental health research and 20 cents to conservatory trail efforts.
Would you consider making a donation, leaving a message, or sharing this page?
Please help me reach my goal of $150 and 25 miles this October.
