I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails. Two things I am intimately close to.
I’ve dealt with Depression and horrible anxiety/panic attacks for most of my life. I choose to overcome these obstacles and live my life to the fullest as well as help others with these conditions. Breaking the stigma of mental illness is long over due.
Please join me on this adventure and help by donating to my cause. I will be hiking almost 2200 miles from Maine to Georgia both for myself and everyone else out there struggling with mental health conditions.
1 in 4 families is affected by mental illness.
