Goal: 40.0 miles

I choose to lead two hikes with GWHTN (one hike being Herb Parsons 6 mile and the other Johnson Park 4 miles) and hike 30miles (Eagle Rock Loop) with my husband in October to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails. Hiking on the trail has helped me to unwind, renew and restore my mind, and release stress in my life for the past 12 years! I want everyone to be able to experience creation and the rest it can provide for our mind and body.
