I choose to hike with Hike for Mental Health and its annual #hikeOctober campaign to raise awareness of the challenges of mental illness, fund mental health research, and conserve wilderness trails.
Funds raised by Hike for Mental Health are donated to the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation. To date, Hike for Mental Health has donated more than $336,000!
Please join me in helping to stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve trails by making a donation, leaving a message, or sharing this page.
