Without a doubt, the demands of a successful and long term career with a single employer or even multiple employers require a balanced work life. Being engrossed in a career, and always attempting to be “On Top of your Game” and find personal growth year over year can really be stressful and overwhelming at times. A healthy mental awareness is keen to sharing healthy relationships.
Along with that decades-long career, I may have lost track of what matters most-healthy relationships.
I am HIKING to REFRESH my perspective on the life I am living. Over 4 weeks in April, I will be Backpacking the Arizona Trail to reflect, rediscover and reset-clear the mind-refocus and hope to make a greater future impact and discover a more positive and energetic self!
I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness while making a conscious effort to conserve wilderness trails.
Would you consider making a donation, leaving a message, or sharing this page? I will be sharing my hiking Journey on YouTube as well with a periodic VLOG. The details are still coming together.
