I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails. Mental illness has not only affected my life personally but has also affected many of those close to me and the many patients I see daily within my career. Some of the best therapy and soul cleansing I have received throughout the years has been through hiking outdoors which has made this organization a perfect match. I have been participating in HIKE for Mental Health for the last few years in addition to raising funds with every purchase through Amazon that goes towards the organization as well- it’s really simple, message me and I can show you how to add a charity organization onto your account! Please consider joining me this October in raising funds towards a great cause, but not only that, getting outside and hiking for your own mental health.
