Takes innocent victims every day.
The outdoors has always been a place where I could get away, process my emotions and better deal with my stress. During the pandemic I’ve worked a daily hour walk into my day. I can’t imagine how I would be doing now without that.
It’s time for me to giveback and pay a little forward with the hope of making the future a little better.
I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness, conserve wilderness trails and increase funding for brain research.
Would you consider making a donation, leaving a message, or sharing this page?
Any of the above suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
