In loving memory of and dedication to my brother Gregory William Hoffer, I will be hiking up Mt. Washington with HIKE for more awareness of mental health struggles and the challenges they bring into people’s lives like they did for Greg. He worked very hard every day of his life staying physically and mentally fit outdoors and in nature and desired to change public attitudes toward mental health. HIKE wants to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails. This is precisely what Greg wanted.
