Goal: $200.00

$0.00 donated
Ash and I are hiking with HIKE for Mental Health again this October to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve trails. Two separate causes very close to my heart for two personal reasons. 💚
We plan to section hike parts of the AT starting from our backyard, Iron Mountain Gap, south to Hot Springs NC. Also, doing Iron Mountain Gap, North to the balds of Roan Mountain.
All contributions are tax deductible, and 100% of the hike donations support our mission.
Eighty cents of every dollar funds mental health programs, including break-through scientific research into PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar spectrum disorders, depression and other major mental illnesses.
The remaining twenty cents maintains wilderness trails across the U.S. By supporting non-profit, volunteer groups that care for our trails, we help preserve wilderness experiences for generations to come.
Would you consider making a donation, leaving a message, or sharing this page?
Thank you.
