I love the healing power or nature and completely support this journey for you. Continue spreading the word about mental illness and your honest on open communication about something that can sometimes be seen as taboo. Talking is the only way we heal, grow, learn and support each other.
Admire your strength and work to help others. Keep pushing and always know you are enough.
Great cause!
You’re amazing! This is amazing! Thank you for sharing and helping others 💛
I say it time and time again – we live through our story because we’re meant to share it with others and be a glimpse of light for those still in the midst of their own unique journey. Hiking for your mental health is for everyone because we all must place our mental health as a top priority and even more so if you’ve experienced struggles with mental health due to simply how your mind and body are wired or due to trauma and more. Thank you Jason for supporting Hike For Mental Health. Blessings to you!
Keep up the good work. Everyone needs someone looking out for them.
