Goal: $500.00

$200.00 donated
Please let me tell you about my goal. I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails.
For those that may not know, I am a counselor. Not only do I have the privilege of supporting others in their journey for wellness, I am also a caregiver. As caregivers, we have to learn to take care of ourselves for our mental, physical and spiritual wellness. Total fitness! I have found that I love hiking! This trip will be my first big adventure for which I am so excited!! My goal is to connect with other empowered women for fun and adventure, while supporting what’s important to me. This fundraiser will support the beautiful trails that provide so much adventure, wellness, and spiritual journeys for all. I will continue to share this page in support of Mental Health awareness until my trip date is here.
Would you consider making a donation, leaving a message, or sharing this page? And as an extra, share a picture of you enjoying what you love! What keeps you well?
Love and Thank you, Jan
