#HikeOctober is one of my favorite events of the year. I look forward to hitting the trail and raising awareness about mental health issues while raising money for an amazing organization like Hike for Mental Health. I like knowing that 100% of the money raised will be donated to fund both Mental health research and conservation of some our greatest natural resources like the Appalachian Trail and other amazing hiking trails. This year I will be hiking with a team of co-workers. My goal is raise $500 and hike 50 miles during the month of October. I would appreciate your support! Any donation amount is welcome.
