I am once again hiking “the Giant” to HIKE for Mental Health. This is a cause near and dear to my heart, and the reality is that mental health conditions impact most families in the world today. I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health because struggling with mental health is so common, but the stigma makes people feel like they are battling alone. I want to spread awareness while also show that no one has to go through it by themselves.
I am dedicating this hike to honor my dearest friend Shay who loved hiking with her son, her family and her dogs.
Please consider donating, joining me on the trail or leaving me a message of encouragement : )
