Goal: $2,650.00

$450.00 donated
Hi there! My name is Emily and in June 2021, I will attempt a southbound thru hike of the Pacific Crest Trail. The trail spans about 2,650 miles from the US/Mexico border to the US/Canada border. While thru hiking the PCT, I hope to inspire individuals to explore and experience nature. Over the past several years, the time I have spent hiking and backpacking on Michigan’s trails has dramatically helped me to combat stress, process trauma, and has given me tranquil space to think ideas through without societal distractions. I truly believe that time spent in the woods can help achieve balance in anyone’s life. I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails.
I would love to raise at least one dollar for every mile hiked on the Pacific Crest Trail. Would you consider making a donation, leaving a message, or sharing this page?

Thank you for your support! Happy trails!
