Elizabeth’s hike for mental health

Goal: $1,000.00

$830.00 donated
I’m doing this hike to support so many of my friends, family, and individuals I work with who are affected by mental health struggles. Everyone, including myself, should be able to seek medical or therapeutic help without repercussions from their employers, friends, or the healthcare industry. Mental health should be just as important as taking care of heart disease or managing diabetes. Therefore, on August 22,I committed myself to join Christine and hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails.
