I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails. So many suffer from mental health illness and live in solitude because of it. What better way to help bring awareness than to raise money for research. And of course , I also chose this cause because I love to Hike. Let’s preserve our trails, get outdoors and encourage others to seek the peace found in nature.
