I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental health so we can help stamp out the stigma of mental illness. This cause means a lot to me because good friend of mine was lost to PTSD and I never even knew he was in trouble. If we can help at least one person know that it’s okay to ask for help and that mental illness is not weakness. We will have made a huge difference.
I will be hiking up Mt Washington which is the highest peak in the Northeast and is home to the world’s worst weather. It will be a true test of endurance and fortitude all in support of my cause.
So, would you consider making a donation, leaving a message, or sharing this page? Together we can change the way to world views mental health.
