Hi, I’m Callie! I’m a hiker, backpacker, and mental health advocate.
Throughout my life, hiking and being in nature spaces has helped me cope with various mental health diagnoses and allowed me to express emotions in a sustainable way. That’s why HIKE for Mental Health and their cause has always meant a lot to me. During the month of October, I will be hiking, enjoying time outside, prioritizing my mental health, and fundraising for this incredible organization.
I encourage you to donate if you can. All proceeds go towards funding mental health research and the conservation of wilderness trails. If this isn’t possible, I simply ask you to get outside often, take a walk, and enjoy what nature has to offer. Above all, I ask you to make your mental health a priority for this month and for forever.
Happy trails and happy feeling!
