Goal: 100.0 miles
152.5 miles completed
Hi, my name is Callie Leisure and during the month of October I’m participating in HikeOctober brought on by the awesome organization, HIKE for Mental Health.
Want to be cool and help fight the stigma around mental heath AND help fund mental health research plus the conservation of wilderness trails AND crush some miles in the great outdoors?
If yes, we just became best buddies.
Consider leaving a donation!
All proceeds help HIKE for Mental Health do their thing and help bring awareness around the importance of mental health and the protection of hiking areas.
Hiking in nature or simply taking a walk in the park with a puppy are proven to improve one’s mood and mental health. I know these activities have helped me tremendously. And I know they will also help you too! So don’t be shy, donate today and spend some time outside this fall!
