Mental health disorders affect everyone around you. It could be them specifically or someone they love and care for. Personally, I have struggled a lot with depression and anxiety throughout my life. I have also seen lots of family members and friends struggle as well. This hike means alot to me because of this, and I hope to raise some money with some of my friends to help someone who feels like they are stuck and alone like I, and many others, have felt before. I continue to try to raise awareness and to “end the stigma” as they say because so many people suffer in silence and this needs to change.
So even if it’s a dollar, would you consider donating or even sharing this page for me?
Thank you and lots of love.
