Goal: 100.0 miles
50.0 miles completed
I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails. Both of these causes are very personal for me AND my family.
I know this is a hike October campaign, but as I see it all my hiking goes to help fight for all my mental health, so yes you will see me log mileage before October.

All of us has known someone who has suffered from some form of mental illness: depression, anxiety, bi-polar, PTSD, OCD, ODD, impulse control disorder, BPD, Autism. . .just these that I have named, everyone of them has personally effected my family. Stop the stigma and make it okay to speak up!
