#hikeOctober Continues Strong
NAME_OF_HIKER,
This is the last weekend of this year’s #hikeOctober event. You have been a part of something great, and no matter how many miles you have hiked and dollars you have fundraised, you have contributed to this community’s success. And that success looks like over $9,388 raised and 1,723 miles hiked – absolutely amazing.
Thank you for all of your effort on behalf of mental health research, trail conservation, and your own mental wellbeing. Can you help us get to $10,000 and 2,000 miles? If each of our participants raises $10 more dollars and hikes 5 more miles – we’ll be there!
This may be the last weekend, but there is still plenty of time to keep participating before Wednesday, November 1st is here!
- Log a few more miles out on a trail close to home
- Share your page with others to help hit your fundraising goal
- Tag @hikeformentalhealth in one of your social media posts
If you haven’t already, now is a great time to log your hard-earned miles from this month. You can update your mileage anytime by scrolling to the alphabetical list at the bottom of the hikeOctober.org page, and clicking the “update” link next to your mileage. What this looks like is shown in the screenshot below.
And remember, with participants all across the country and around the world, there are “Many Trails” but only “One #hikeOctober.”
