While HIKE for Mental Health raises funds to support scientific research to alleviate the suffering of mental illness, we do not provide counselling, advocacy, or emergency services.

If you or someone you care about is in need of emergency services, please call 911, or go to the nearest local emergency room.

The National Suicide Prevention Hotline is a confidential service that can be reached at 1-800-273-TALK (8255). The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation maintains a Resource Specialist, a LCSW, who can answer many questions concerning brain and behavior disorders, support groups or local mental health organizations. Click here for details.
